This first Adam Smith Conference
on Real Estate and Construction sector in Kazakhstan took
place on the 1st – 3rd April 2008 at Almaty InterContinental
Hotel.

In addition to a variety of plenary and interactive sessions
spanning across the 3 day conference, the conference featured
a Live Interview on Stage given by Yusuf

During the conference participants had a chance to hear
about the latest developments in all major real estate segments,
including retail complexes; hotels;
warehouses and logistics centres and residential
real estate. In addition to this detailed overview,
the conference covered the development of real estate in
the regions, including such mega developments, as Aktau
City and a multiuse complex in Borovoye.
