- The special focus day on IPOs for Ukrainian companies,
which featured case studies from such issuers as XXI Century, Ukrproduct, Astarta-Kyiv, Bank of Georgia and
those companies which are actively planning IPOs including Interpipe, TMM, MKS and Galnaftogaz.
- A particular highlight of the IPO Day was
the first corporate presentation and Q&A session by Ferrexpo since their landmark IPO
on the London Stock Exchange main market, which had only taken place
several days earlier. Main shareholder Konstantin Zhevago enthusiastically shared his thoughts with
the audience together with his Group Director of Finance &
Development, Dennis McShane,
and CFO, Nikolai Goroshko.
