15th November: IN –DEPTH WORKSHOP on Building a Successful Supply Chain Strategy in
the CIS; Aleksander Yakovlev, Supply and Logistics Director at
Nutricia joined Anton Van Heerden, Supply
Chain Director, SABMiller Russia and Laurent Massio, Supply Chain Director,
Danone-Bolshevik in the speaker panel. The panel, led by Deloitte, discussed how company management
could ensure that the supply chain strategy is aimed at cost optimisation,
continuous improvement of service levels and growth maintenance.
