The conference will take place in the Ballroom at the Intercontinental Hotel. Any phone calls or faxes received for delegates during the conference will be passed to the organisers at the Registration Desk & a note will be posted on a board outside the conference room.

Ukraine set a visa free regime for citizens of the United States of America, Canada, Japan, Swiss Confederation and Liechtenstein, citizens of the Principality of Andorra, Vatican (The Holly See), the Principality of Monaco, the Republic of Iceland, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of San Marino, the Republic of Korea and citizens of the European Union countries.
