He has been a legal and business consultant, and been involved in projects by the World Bank, the European Union's TACIS and the Japanese Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund (OECF) . Among his former clients are Norilsk Nickel, SUEK, Rusal, and many other major energy and mining companies. Mr. Sidnev will talk about joint ventures as a way of stimulating the growth of companies and the development of new international markets

Olga Fominich

Olga Fominich has more than 15 years experience in leadership of legal departments and legal services at multinational corporations. Olga’s presentation will be devoted to exciting topics in which she has great experience, such as the specifics of a corporate lawyer’s activities at an international company in Russia

Yan Piskunov

Yan Piskunov began practising the age of eighteen, whilst still a student first-year at the law faculty of St. Petersburg State University.  In 2004 he became head of the Gazprom Media legal department. Mr. Piskunov’s report will be devoted to shareholder agreements.

She significantly increased the efficiency of Nestle's legal department, introducing new standardized documents in all major areas of the company's activities and rolling out company's global compliance initiatives in Russia and Eurasia and establishing new feedback system
