Wealth Management & Private Banking: Russia & CIS

Despite the fact that economic conditions have still not fully stabilised, more than 170 attendees, of the highest calibre, took part in the 2010 conference Wealth Management & Private Banking: Russia & CIS. We are especially grateful to the participants from Switzerland, Luxembourg, Singapore, UK and other financial centres that made the event a truly international platform for the exchange of professional experiences and opinions on the private banking/wealth management industry in Russia and the CIS!

Among the conference highlights were:

A keynote presentation on the GLOBAL ECONOMIC OUTLOOK by the renowned European economist Paul Donovan, Managing Director, Global Economics at UBS

A panel discussion on FAMILY OFFICES – with contributions from experienced and distinguished representatives of family offices including: Katie Booth, Managing Director, Butterfield International Private Office Ltd; Heiner Hartwich, Director, Dresdner Bank Luxembourg S.A., Société Anonyme, Family Office Europe; Rustam Iseev, General Director, Fleming Family & Partners Asset Management in Russia, Dr Steen Ehlern, Managing Director, Ferguson Partners Family Office, Switzerland and Innokenty Alexeev, Director at a family office in London.

Many of the issues touched by the panellists were discussed in Russia for the first time!
