The Forum will take place in the Conference and Events Centre in the Grange City Hotel. Any phone calls or faxes received for delegates during the conference will be passed to the organisers at the Registration Desk & a note put on a board outside the conference room.

VISAS
Some delegates may require a British entry visa and it is your responsibility to obtain this. Please contact your local Consulate for the latest information.
The process of obtaining a visa can be lengthy and you should apply as early as possible. There is often a sliding scale of charges dependant on the length of time given to the embassy to issue the visa.
An official invitation can only be issued after receiving confirmation of payment. Please fax a copy of the confirmation to us on +44 (0) 207 017 7827 making sure that the transfer is referenced to the name of the delegate(s) and invoice number.

TRANSFERS
The majority of flights arrive at Heathrow or Gatwick and the following transfers are available:
By taxi – there is a black taxi rank outside each terminal. The fare into central London is approx. £50.00 and the journey time is approx. 45 minutes although at peak times it may take longer.
By Heathrow Express – the Heathrow Express runs into Paddington station in the city centre and takes 15-20 minutes.
By Gatwick Express – the Gatwick Express runs into Victoria Station in the city centre and takes 30mins.
The nearest Underground Station is Tower Hill (District and Circle Lines). When you exit the station, turn right and walk along Cooper's Row: the City Grange Hotel is on the right.
