The conference will take place in the Sophiyivskiy Room in the Premier Palace Hotel. Any phone calls or faxes received for delegates during the conference will be passed to the organisers at the Registration Desk & a note put up on a board outside the conference room.

TRANSFERS
The majority of flights arrive at International Ukrainian Airport Boryspol or Kyiv and the following transfers are available:
By taxi: there is a taxi rank outside each terminal. The fare onto central Kiev is approx. $ 30.00 and the journey time is 30 minutes although at peak times it may take longer.
By bus: local buses run into the city centre and take 40-50 minutes (subject to traffic!).
