Nights outside of these dates are subject to availability.

TRANSFERS
The majority of flights arrive at Heathrow or Gatwick and the following transfers are available:
By taxi – there is a black taxi rank outside each terminal. The fare into central London is approx. £50.00 and the journey time is approx. 45 minutes although at peak times it may take longer.
By Heathrow Express – the Heathrow Express runs into Paddington station in the city centre and takes 15-20 minutes. The hotel is only located 10mins away.
By Gatwick Express – the Gatwick Express runs into Victoria Station in the city centre and takes 30mins.

Valid for flight dates only. Re-routes are not permitted. The fares are valid on the flights and dates shown on the ticket only. No refund is permitted after the ticket is issued. Tickets will be endorsed “Valid KC only – Non endorsable/non-refundable”.
Ticket Distribution
Air Astana will issue electronic tickets for all passengers. An electronic ticket (ETR) will be emailed to passengers prior to departure. A copy/print out of the ETR should be presented by passengers at check-in.
