Master Class on HOW TO USE DEALERSHIPS MARKETING BUDGET EFFICIENTLY was presented on Forum 2012

Efficiently investing in marketing instruments dealers see several returns on their money: a growth in product sales and demand for services, increased loyalty and, as a result, an increase in repeat purchasing. In this way, marketing expenses can be an investment into the growth of an automotive centre.

During this master class there will be case studies of mechanisms for increasing the returns on investments in marketing. The system for evaluating the effectiveness of these investments will also be analysed.

Master class participants will be shown a system for balancing accounts, with the help of which it is easy to rate the effectiveness of a dealer’s current marketing activity. The system determines a selection of control points in the Sales Pipeline and Client Life Cycle. Marketing statistics are analysed in the context of the dealer’s financial results.
