The Forum proved to be particularly timely in 2013, coming shortly after the signing of the first PSA with Shell, major progress being made on the Skifska PSA with the ExxonMobil-led consortium and the announcement that the government has reached agreement to renew work on the Black Sea PSA with Vanco Prykerchenska.
