companies STADA Arzneimittel AG. STADA CIS was formed in 2008 as a result
of the merging and corporate restructuring of the leading companies of
the Russian pharmaceutical market – NIZHPHARM and MAKIZ-PHARMA.

Association of the Russian pharmaceutical manufactures (ARPM) was established in 2002 as a non-commercial partnership bringing together leading Russian pharmaceutical companies.
Currently the ARPM unites about 20 pharmaceutical plants which are situated in all Russian regions: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, the Urals, Siberia and the Far East. Their share in the market of domestic medical forms (tablets, suspensions, ampoules, aerosols, mixtures etc.) in Russia makes more than 50 percents. The Union of Medicine Producers and Importers of Armenia (MPI) was founded in 2003
and represents 22 leading companies of the pharmaceutical industry aimed to integrate Armenian companies into international pharmaceutical market, to implement constantly improvements of working style and to provide fair and equal competition in the industry.
