Alexey Golubovich has 20 years of investment management experience
From 1986 – 1988, worked as a researcher at the USSR Academy of Sciences and the USSR Council of Ministers State Committee on science and technology, evaluating the effectiveness of capital investments. From 1989 –1992, he managed his own business publishing economic literature. From 1993–1996, he headed asset management at Bank Menatep; and in 1997 he founded Russian Investors. From 1998–2000 Mr. Golubovich served as the director of strategic planning and corporate finance at YUKOS. From 2001–2007 he held the position of Chairman of the Board at Russian Investors, and in 2007 founded Arbat Capital Management (now Arbat Capital).
He graduated from the economic cybernetics faculty of the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics with specializations in mathematics and economics.
Mr. Golubovich is responsible for Arbat Capital’s investment strategy. He has written ten books and more than 100 articles in leading business publications. He is a regular participant on one of the most significant events in the field of finance and investing, the Financial Forum sponsored by leading business newspaper Vedemosti, and the Macroeconomic Forecast Best Investment Strategy conference. He was awarded the “speaker of the year” title at SREAR’S Russia Wealth Management Awards 2012.

David Herne is the CIO of Specialised Research and Investment Group (SPRING), which invests in Russian equities. SPRING's funds consistently outperform peers.
From 2001 to 2008 Mr. Herne served as Chairman of the Committee for Strategy and Reform for the Board of Directors of Unified Energy Systems of Russia. Mr. Herne changed the playing field for corporate governance in Russia when he was elected to the Board of Aeroflot in 2000 and became the first ever minority shareholder representative elected to the Board of a Russian major.
On the Board of Aeroflot, then Unified Energy Systems and a number of Russia's most important companies, Mr. Herne initiated an unprecedented flow of information from company boards to shareholders, as well as a mechanism for minority shareholders to provide feedback to company boards for the first time ever in Russia.
Previously, Mr. Herne was Director of the Moscow office of Brunswick Capital Management. From 1997 to 2000 - a Founding Partner of Pharos Funds in Moscow and before that he was a vice president of Credit Suisse First Boston in Moscow and London. Mr. Herne graduated from Harvard University.
During his early years of career, Anton Jukic received work experience from working for San Paolo Imi (now San Paoplo Intesa) and Unicredit Bank. In 2005, Anton Jukic worked at Poteza (now Alta) Investment house until 2009. During this time he moved from fixed income analyst, structured product specialist to head of trading and, in the last year of his employment at the company, to position of the member of the Management Board.
He joined Saxo Bank as account manager for Institutional clients in Eastern Europe in 2009. In 2011 he was appointed Head of Institutional business for Central and Eastern Europe. His team is now responsible for growing the existing and acquiring new business, coming from licensed financial institutions, banks and brokerage houses, asset managers, Hedge funds and API clients in 20+ countries across CEE region, including Russia and CIS countries.

Olga's practice focuses on Russian, UK and international tax matters for wealthy entrepreneurs from Russia/CIS, with an emphasis on tax efficient cross-border financing structures, advising companies and their shareholders on the tax efficient structuring of their international operations. In addition, Olga works with family offices on a cross-border basis and provides international solutions to complex tax, succession and private wealth management issues for wealthy families and successful entrepreneurs from Russia and CIS.

Anna has been working in PwC from 2004. Anna specialises in international tax planning and, in particular, in provision of services to high net wealth individuals.
She successfully carried out a number of projects on development and implementation of personal ownership structures that include trusts and foundations. Also, Anna develops structures on acquisition and use of the private assets (real estate, jets, yachts, art objects). Her significant experience in international tax structuring ensures complex approach to solving clients' issues. Anna is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (the USA) and Ph.D. in Economics.
Marat’s classical educational background was obtained within Russian and foreign legal institutions. Upon completion of his studies at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow (2002) he continued his education in the Institute on International and Comparative Law (University of San Diego, USA, 2000-2005). In 2012 Marat is preparing to obtain the MBA degree, specializing in strategic management at Kingston University of Great Britain / The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
Marat gained his practical expertise in international business environment, Russian and foreign legal and audit companies, including the «Big 4». His main areas of expertise are banking and financial services, investment transactions, commercial real estate, purchase and sale of assets in Russia and foreign jurisdictions, mergers and acquisitions, attracting of investment and bank financing
Mr.Stankevich has built a successful 16-year career as senior executive in the financial industry. Prior to joining «Third Rome», he led Products and Structured Solutions Group at «Renaissance Investment Management», responsible for strategy, oversight and launch of over 50 products, including western funds, investment strategies and mutual funds, he was also in charge of client solutions and consulting services. Previously, Mr.Stankevich served as Head of Investment Project Structuring Division at «International Industrial Bank». He began his career in Tax & Legal with «Arthur Andersen» consulting firm. Mr.Stankevich graduated with honors from Plekhanov Russian Economic University, School of Finance and Credit, received a Ph.D in Economics and holds an FFMS qualification certificate series 1.0.
Adam joined Jones Lang LaSalle as Head of UK Residential Research in January 2013. He holds an MSc Urban Regeneration from the Bartlett, University College London and a BA Economics from Western University (London, Canada). His experience spans more than a decade of property research in the UK and Canada, working with both public and private sector clients on residential development and investment opportunities. He is author of numerous reports on market-facing issues and is a regular presenter and market commentator in UK and international media.
Dmitry Klenov joined UFG Wealth Management in 2005 as a legal Counsel. In his current position as UFG Wealth Management Partner, Mr. Klenov oversees law practice. His area of responsibilities include capital structuring, inheritance, tax and immigration law, and also legal support of M&A deals.
Dmitry specialises in international corporate law and has advised clients on acquisition of real estate, structuring of investment projects, development projects, real estate financing, leasing of commercial property and property management.
Prior to taking up his position, he worked for one of the leading development companies in Moscow. Since 2003, Thomas Liepman has been a driving force in real estate sales for Kiawah Partners, the master developer of Christophe Harbour, a 2,500-acre luxury resort development in St. Kitts, West Indies. Since launching Christophe Harbour Real Estate in 2008, Thomas has lead an international sales effort that has exceeded $120 million USD in sales and more than 85% absorption overall. Thomas was instrumental in developing the sales and marketing plan for the project, as well as integrating the unique needs of the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment programme. He currently serves as the Director of Christophe Harbour Real Estate. Thomas received his BA in Linguistics from The Citadel. He lives full time in St. Kitts, allowing him to enjoy all that island life has to offer, and is always eager to share that with his clients.
Karl Cini is a Certified Public Accountant by profession.
