The Adam Smith
Institute’s 5th anniversary Summit on “Corporate IT Strategies in Russia and the CIS” took place on 4th –
6th March 2008 in Moscow, once again confirming its reputation as the premier

event was the Gala Evening and the announcement of the results of the INNOVATIVE
SOLUTIONS COMPETITION, held by the Adam Smith Institute
in partnership with iOne Intelligent Enterprise
magazines. The aim of the competition was the search
and highlight of the best practices in the field of business automation. The
winner of the category “IT Project with most
significant economic effect on business”was the Central Bank of the Russian
Federation. The award went to
Mikhail Senatorov. The
winner of the category “IT Project demonstrating
the highest level of communication between IT and Business”, was VTB Bank. The
award went to Dmitry Nazipov. The
winner of the category “The most innovative
project in 2007” was “Sukhoi Aviation Company”. The award went to Galina Lvova. We look forward
