Thomas has more than 15 years of experience in the transport industry – working for a major airline, the world’s largest shipping company and for the last five years Copenhagen Airport. As director of Airport Optimization, Thomas is responsible for three departments: Resource Management Control, Operational & Business Analysis and Operational Projects & Strategy. With an ambition to develop and implement cutting edge methodology for operational planning and capacity analysis, Thomas is the founder of the European network for operations analysts within airports. Focus areas this year will be to execute the operational strategy of Copenhagen Airports, bridge knowledge and methodology from operational planning into the commercial areas and finally further extend our international consultancy activates. Besides a M. Sc. degree from the University of Lund in Sweden, Thomas has also received education at Harvard Business School.
Christoph has more than twelve years of international experience in the aviation industry. He is deputy head of Fraport’s Global Investment & Management Department, which is involved in the operations of 12 airports worldwide. Amongst other mandates Christoph is a member of the board of Pulkovo Airport, St. Petersburg, Delhi International Airport (India) and Hannover Airport (Germany). Before taking over his current position he was CEO of Fraport Ground Services Austria in Vienna and successfully restructured this ground-handling company. He was also Acting General Manager of Antalya Airport in Turkey. Before joining the aviation business he was working several years in the banking industry. Christoph has a University Degree in Business Administration of Otto-Friedrich-Universtiy, Bamberg, Germany.
Alan has over two decades of experience in a variety of positions within the airport industry in the US. He has served as an airport concession manager, consultant, planner, and business development executive. He has extensive, diversified experience in all phases of airport terminal planning. management, procurement, revenue enhancement, and commercial facilities planning. He has served as project manager for numerous projects throughout the United States and Canada, as well as in Australia, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Iceland and Barbados. Alan has been a frequent speaker at conferences organized by Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), the American Association of Airport Executives, the International Association of Airport Executives, and Airport Revenue News (ARN). Alan has chaired the commercial track of the Passenger Terminal Expo conference for the past three years. He also serves on a number of ACI-NA and AAAE committees and subcommittees. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Olesya Gladkova graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in «Finance and credit».

In 2011 - 2014 she worked at Vnesheconombank “Centre for Public-Private Partnership”, currently works for the “Federal Center for Project Finance”(a member of Vnesheconombank Group) and specialises in investment consulting on project design for the regional and municipal development of transport infrastructure (airports, ports, rail ways), complex development of territories (projects in agglomeration development and in creation of new cities and micro regions, special economic zones, clusters, business incubators, agro-, techno- and industrial parks) and IT technologies.

• Examination of projects, claiming for budget allocation from Investment Fund of Russian Federation. Preparation of opinions about investment projects’ compliance with financial, budget and economic effectiveness criteria, within the limits of Vnesheconombank’s financial consultant function for the Russian Government.

Olaf van Tol specialises in non-aeronautical performance, commercial development on and around airports and real estate planning. Olaf has advised airports, governments and investors in business strategy and development, real estate development and the development of commercial and retail programs. In particular, he provided advice on airport non-aeronautical development/valuations, retail strategy/implementations and Public/Private Partnership (PPP) transactions and has worked on projects in Brazil, Russia, India and China (BRIC), Europe, Middle East, Caribbean, South America and Asia.
In addition to his consultancy work, Olaf was the founder and chairman of Young InterVISTAS, a society that represents InterVISTAS’ young professionals working throughout the world. He has a B.Eng. (Hons) in Aviation Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam and a MSc. in International Business from Maastricht University.
Gediminas Almantas was appointed CEO on 7th of May 2013. Prior to this appointed he worked as CSR advisor at Copenhagen Airports where was responsible for implementation of the UN Global Compact, CSR reporting, development and implementation of business ethics policy. Gediminas has strong background of banking law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligences, public procurement, public private partnerships.
Mr. Joni Sundelin, M.Sc.(Econ), has worked at Finavia as the Senior Vice President, Director of airport network, Sales & Marketing and Ground Handling business since 2012. His main competences are to restructure & develop businesses and working structures, to build up new business models in the customer interface both in b-b and b-c business environment, service business management and development in general. These competences are complemented from the vast experiences in executing mergers and acquisitions, creating joint ventures and other modes of collaboration. Further to these, internationalizing of service businesses could be described as
one of the core experiences, both organic and nonorganic.
Prior to his appointment at Finavia he worked in various business director responsibilities both in the Logistics Business and in pharmaceutical distribution and wholesaling in Finland and other northern European countries . His training comprises M:Sc. in Economics and Management & Leadership courses at IMD. Joni Sundelin has served in various positions of trust. Currently he acts as a Board Member of Finavia Group companies.
Viktor Titarev was born on 11 January 1966 in Omsk Region.
In 1987 he graduated from the Siberian Automotive Institute, specialising in automobile transport. In 1996-1997 he studied at Montana State University - Bozeman, before taking up internships at businesses in the United States. In 2001-2002 Mr Titarev studied at the Russian G.V. Plekhanov Economics Academy, on the presidential finance & credit programme, and completed an MBA at the Academy in 2003. In 2005 he defended his dissertation at the Institute of Microeconomics in Moscow. In November 2009 Mr Titarev completed an honours degree from St. Petersburg State Civil Aviation University, specialising in airport management.
Between 1987 and 2002 Mr Titarev worked for several commercial, production and research enterprises, predominantly in financial and development positions. He also has experience in banking organisations. In July 2002 he was named General Director of OJSC Sibzavod Centre, which produces agricultural machinery, and managed the enterprise until July 2007. In 2006-2008 Mr Titarev was a member of the board of directors of the Russian Association of Agricultural Machinery.
Between 2007 and 2011 Mr Titarev was involved in the construction of the new airport Omsk-Fedorovka while holding various positions at the companies Rufaudit, Omsk Airport and Hochtief AirPort. In 2012 and at the beginning of 2013 he was manager of Krasnodar and Kaliningrad airports. Since 2013, December he is CEO of Omsk Airoport.
