In 2003-2008 he was Executive Director of Financial Corporation “URALSIB” and managed departments of project finance and direct investments of the Central Regional Direction of Financial Corporation “URALSIB”. Starting from July 2008, he has been working in EDB as Director of Project Finance Group. On June 3, 2010 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

From January 2008 until June 2011 Mr. Mehlhorn worked as Chief Financial Officer of OJSC “MegaFon”.
Prior to joining MegaFon Mr. Mehlhorn worked as Chief Financial Officer for TELE2 Russia for about 2 years.
During recent 15 years Mr. Mehlhorn took executive positions in different business units of Siemens in different countries: Germany, Italy, China, Russia.
Andrey Voronin was born in 1969, a graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, holds MBA degree from INSEAD Business School (France), delivered the course of lectures on “Business start-up and administration practice” in MGIMO University (Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs).
In 1992 he started business-travel agency Andrew’s Consulting. In 2002 as a result of merger of Andrew’s Consulting and business travel agency Travel House a new company, ATH Business Travel Solutions, was set up. In 2012 two leading business travel operators in the Russian market, ATH and American Express Global Business Travel Russia, announced their merger and Andrey Voronin became the owner of consolidated company - ATH American Express.
Ludmila has been working in BDO since 2005 bringing her wealth of knowledge in outsourcing and project management to her position in BDO Outsourcing Division Managing Council. She is responsible for BDO Outsourcing Division strategical development including marketing and business development, acquiring new and developing existing partnerships with Russian and international clients. Ludmila holds an MSc Degree from Moscow State University of Railroads and an MBA from American Institute of Business and Economics (AIBEC).
For over 15 years, Mr. Zhepetov has been engaged in project management. For 12 years of that time, he has implemented and maintained SAP-based systems. Mr. Zhepetov graduated from the International Institute of Management, specializing in management. At this time, he does his postgraduate studies at the Moscow Business School, aspiring for an MBA degree. Mr. Zhepetov has a fluent command of English.
The largest projects Ilya has managed include the introduction of SAP at the Norilsk Nickel company and the creation of an international distributed SAP solutions maintenance center at the Deloit company.
At the Norbit company of the Lanit group, Ilya worked as director, consulting. He has risks management experience, has done project quality control and data security. Mr. Zhepetov is professionally familiar with SAP solutions, Microsoft Dynamics (Ax, Navision, CRM), and MFG/PRO.
At this time, Ilya is employed by the BDO company as executive director, specializing in the outsourcing of SAP maintenance and setting up projects with Russian specifics for foreign companies.
Alexander Shenets is the CFO of Globaltrans and has served in this capacity since the Group’s establishment. Mr. Shenets has more than 12 years of experience in senior finance positions, mostly gained within the rail sector. He previously held positions at a number of transportation companies. He has a degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University, a PhD in Philosophy from Bauman Moscow State University, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Moscow State University.
Denis joined Rosinter in January 2013. He held a number of leading finance roles in Russian and international environments for companies such as SONY (1996–2000), SONYERICSSON (2000–2005), SOFTWARE AG (2007–2009) and others. He was involved with organization of Joint Venture Alcatel-Lucent N.V. / ROSTECHNOLOGY, was the representative of shareholders of Joint Venture Alcatel-Lucent DEUTSCHLAND AG / MPOVT at the Board of Directors in Minsk, Belarus. Before joining Rosinter Denis was the Chief Financial Officer for Russia/CIS in Alcatel-Lucent.

Mr. Rozanov was born on 30 July 1971 in Moscow. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Department of Foreign Economies.

From May 2013 Anatoly Golentovsky is Deputy CFO for Kaspersky Labs group of companies. His area of responsibility covers financial and tax accounting, financial planning and analysis, IFRS reporting, procurement, IT-implementations of financial solutions and other operational processes.
Before joining Kaspersky Labs Anatoly was in charge of different management positions in finance department of SAP CIS – he was responsible for corporate and local finance accounting & reporting, managing financial planning and analysis processes, was in charge of auditors and tax authorities relations, leading finance department transformation projects, including launch of shared service center and finance solutions IT-implementations, was manager of accounting, FP&A teams. Since his transfer to finance department, Anatoly was expert and project manager in SAP CIS consulting, where he was responsible for implementation and support of automatizaton and optimization of business-processes. Anatoly is acting member of IMA, nominee of worldwide award IMA Young Professional, has successfully passed CMA degree exams.

Mr Krivoshapko joined Prosperity Capital in 2008 from Deutsche Bank, where he was part of the consumer team ranked #1 in the Institutional Investor 2007 Emerging Market Rankings. The Russian Association of Retailers also voted him best retail equity analyst in the same year.
At Deutsche Bank, Mr Krivoshapko was instrumental in raising capital for numerous Russian companies, leading 12 ECM deals worth a total of almost $7bn. He has also worked at UFG.
Earlier in his career, Mr Krivoshapko was at PWC in Moscow and Bank Handlowy in Warsaw. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Moscow Aviation Academy. He is Russian.
Grigory Fedorishin has been NLMK Group CFO since January 2013.
From 2011 to 2013 he served as NLMK Group Director of Strategy and Business Development, managing strategy development projects for the Group and its business units as well as business processes optimization and KPI system implementation projects.

Victor Klimov graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute in 1984, with honors, majoring in “International Economic Relations” and joined OJSC Ingosstrakh. From 1984 to 1988 he worked in export cargo insurance both Soviet and French. In 1988 he moved to the newly- created division of export credit insurance, and was among the founders of the system of credit insurance in Russia. At the present time Victor Klimov holds the position of Chief Executive Manager of Ingosstrakh ONDD Credit Insurance.
Roman graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the MFA of Russia (MGIMO) with a diploma in economy, and completed a number of business administration, customer service and corporate culture shaping training programs. In 2007 Roman returned from Great Britain where he got an MBA degree from the oldest business schools in England – Granfield University.
Before joining Swiss Appraisal Roman was involved in consulting and operations projects in the real estate industry. Earlier Roman was a Director of Nicko Travel Group, GlobalStar Travel Management Partnership, where he succeeded in strategy development, introduction of innovative services and technologies in B2B sector, as well as expansion of the network of local and regional offices of the company. Philippe Mathieu is responsible for the overall Finance function at Oracle, covering Europe, Middle-East and Africa where Oracle generates annual turnover of $12 Billion.
Philippe joined Oracle in March 2007 following the acquisition of Hyperion Solutions and was promoted to his current role in July 2009.
Prior to joining Oracle he held Senior Finance Management positions in US Enterprise Software companies including Peoplesoft, Commerce One and Sybase.
In total, Philippe has accumulated almost 20 years of International experience in the IT industry and has demonstrated strong business acumen, effective Business partnering and communication skills at the Executive level. Pavel Ilichev is the Deputy Head of Corporate finance Department of Russian Railways since 2009.
From 2003 to 2009 he worked for “Evrosib” private company as the Head of Treasury Department and Director for Corporate finance. From 2002 to 2003 he was the Head of Asset Management Division at Ilim Pulp Enterprise. From 1995 to 2002 he worked at St Petersburg branch of IncomBank and BaltUneximBank.
He graduated from St Petersburg State Academy of Aerospace Instruments Making in 1997. He got his second degree at the High Economic School of St Petersburg University of Economics and Finance in 1997.

Director for Strategy and Capital Markets in “TMK” - one of the world’s top three producers of steel pipes for the oil and gas industry with 48,000 employees and more than 6 billion USD turnover. Mr. Baryshnikov is responsible for strategy, capital markets, investor relations, risk-management and credit ratings. He was involved in the following capital markets deals: TMK’s IPO (1 billion USD), Eurobonds (4 deals with total amount up to 2 billion USD) and convertible bonds (412 million USD). Before “TMK” he worked in “Sistema Telecom”, a part of “AFK Sistema” and “Norilsk Nickel” – the world largest nickel producer.
Alexey joined ING in 2003 and has undertaken a number of leading roles in Russia and the UK. From 2009 he acted as Deputy Head of Clients/Lending department at ING Moscow before moving to ING London in 2011 as a Senior Director leading the Corporate Finance / Natural Resources team.
Mr. Ievlev holds a Ph.D degree in International Economics from the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy. He also holds an Executive MBA from the IE Business School of Instituto de Empresa.
Giacomo Baizini is responsible for financing, treasury, controlling, reporting, IR, taxation, legal matters and IT technologies of Evraz. Before taking over the CFO function in July 2009 he was responsible for business development in Asia-Pacific, sales and operations planning and co-ordination of selected international integration activities.
Between 1998 and 2005, Mr. Baizini was a consultant with McKinsey's Milan and Tokyo offices. Both in Italy and Japan, his main focus was on electric utilities. He also co-led the successful development of the IT consulting arm of McKinsey in Japan.
From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Baizini was a consultant with JMAC, a major Japanese consulting firm, supporting numerous clients in cost reduction and operational efficiency programs both in manufacturing and service industries.
Mr. Baizini holds a degree in physics from Oxford University.
Alexander Sharabaika was appointed CFO of the management company CJSC PhosAgro AG in 2012. Prior to joining PhosAgro, Alexander Sharabaika worked as head of Corporate Finance at Uralkali, where his responsibilities included regular participation in the company`s investor relations activities. Prior to the merger of Uralkali and Silvinit, Alexander was the CFO and a consultant to the Supervisory Board of Silvinit. From 2005 to 2010, he worked first as Head of Corporate Finance and then as CFO of Mineral Group. Alexander began his career in Belaruskali in 1998, and from 2003 to 2005 he was the deputy head of the Investment Department at Silvinit. He received a Bachelors of Economics with honours from the Belorussian Economic University, and completed an MBA in Finance from Nottingham University Business School.
From November 2009 until October 2011 Nikolai was responsible for retail and commercial business at Barclay’s Russia.
Prior to his current role, he was Group CFO in VTB, Russia’s second largest bank. Nikolai has also been a member of VTB's Executive Board since 2007.
From 2002 till 2005, Nikolai was Group CFO of Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) the largest telecommunications company in Russia.
Before that Nikolai had extensive experience at Russian and international companies including Renaissance Capital, Brunswick UBS Warburg, Ernst & Young where he started his career and qualified as an auditor.
He holds an MA degree in Production Management and has a PHD in Economics from the St. Petersburg Academy for Engineering and Economics.
Viktor Belyakov has been Chief Financial Officer of the combined company since its creation in 2011.
Viktor Belyakov was born in 1973. In 1995 he graduated from Tver Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer Engineering. In 1997 he received a degree in economics from Tver State Technical University. Mr. Belyakov also holds an MBA degree from Kingston Business School and a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) degree.
Between 2002 and 2004 Mr. Belyakov worked as a financial controller for Yukos and from 1999 to 2003 was CFO with one of ABB Group's companies. Prior to 1999 he worked in the banking sector.
In 2004 Mr. Belyakov joined Uralkali, initially as financial controller, before becoming Deputy Director of Economics and Finance and then Director of Economics and Finance and Deputy General Director. In July 2010 Mr. Belyakov was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Uralkali. He has been on the company's Management Board since 2007.
Between 2005 and 2006 Mr. Belyakov was on the board of Baltic Bulk Terminal. He currently serves on a number of boards of Uralkali’s affiliate companies.
Anthony Sacca is a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration (Distinction) from Curtin University of Technology Perth, Australia. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a member of the Russian Independent Directors Association.
Anthony runs an executive coaching and consulting business - Karri Tree. He works with business owners on developing their businesses and coaches executives and entrepreneurs on improving their business and professional effectiveness by means of one on one personal development.
Until May 2011, Anthony was the Chief Financial Officer of Rolf Group of Companies, one of Russia’s largest independent automotive distributor/retailers. He had overall responsibility for Rolf Group’s finance, legal and human resource functions.
Prior to joining Rolf Group, Anthony was a Partner of PwC. Anthony originally joined the Australian firm of Price Waterhouse in 1993 and transferred to Russia in 1995. Initially, he worked in the audit practice but in 1999, Anthony was one of the original members of the newly formed Russian Transaction Services Group. He played a key role in the development of this practice both in Russia and Ukraine and was the practice leader at the time of his departure in 2008.
In addition to his client role, Anthony was also responsible for Advisory Risk Management and Compliance for PwC Central and Eastern Europe (some 22 countries).In addition to his coaching business, Anthony is a guest lecturer on business ethics, as part of the Masters in Finance programme at the New Economic School in Moscow.
Mr. Pascault joined the Group in June 2004 with extensive experience in industry, audit and corporate finance services. From 1998 to 2004, he was the CFO for Danone Group in Russia. Prior to this, he worked for eight years at Ernst & Young in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Paris in the Audit and Corporate Finance Departments as a Senior Manager.
Mr. Pascault graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris and has a Master of Finance from the University Paris II. He also participated in the Business Case Study Programme at Harvard Business School. He is a French national and speaks Russian and English fluently.
In 2002, Anton graduated from the State University of Management with a degree in financial management. Professional activity was started in 2002 in the Insurance Company «ROSNO», in the Center of complex insurance of financial risks. In 2003 Anton started his activity in factoring sphere. During 2003-2004 Anton was Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of serving the developing companies of AB «IBG NIKoil». From March 2004 to April 2011 Anton worked at the National Factoring Company, from March to September 2004 as the head of the Office of the financial risks underwriting, from September 2004 to August 2007 as the Directory of client relationships development, in September 2007 as Deputy Chairman of the Board and a member of the Board of NFK (JSC). During 2004-2008 Anton was also responsible for the development and implementation of new factoring products of NFK. In April 2011 Anton joined VTB Factoring Ltd. as Director of the Directorate of the methodologies and technologies, from September 2011 – he became a Member of the Management Board, Director of Risk Department. In August 2012 Anton was appointed as CEO of VTB Factoring Ltd. From April 2013 he became the Chairman of the Board of Association of factoring companies.
In 2008 Oksana Panchenko officially assumed office as a member of the Raiffeisenbank Board and Head of Corporate Banking & Corporate Finance Directorate.
Oksana Panchenko was born on 15 December 1971. She obtained two degrees: in linguistics and economics. Her professional career counts 15 years of banking experience in Russia. Oksana joined ZAO Raiffeisenbank - 100% subsidiary of Austrian Raiffeisen banking group - in 1997 right upon the start of the bank activities in Russia. In 1998 she was appointed Head of the Corporate-Banking Department, and in 2002 she took over the position Deputy Head of Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance Division. In April 2006 she was appointed Deputy Head of Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance Directorate, Head of Corporate Banking Division.
