Carolyn is a private client tax partner with Ernst & Young based in London.
She leads Ernst & Young’s non-domiciled practice in the UK and is leader of Ernst & Young’s EMEIA Centre of Excellence for cross-border private client work.
Carolyn specialises in the taxation of non UK domiciliaries and their offshore structures.
Her client base is varied and her clients include private equity and hedge fund principals, company executives, family businesses and family offices.
She advises her clients on all aspects of their personal tax affairs, including remittance planning, income and capital gains tax planning, together with estate and trust planning.
Anton has more than 14 year experience with Ernst & Young specializing in US and Russian personal income tax, social tax and immigration legislation, pension and labor law, tax optimization and planning, supervising the preparation of US and Russian personal income tax returns for corporate and individual clients in various sectors; extensive international tax and HR experience obtained by working on various projects in Moscow and London offices of Ernst & Young; broad experience of serving private clients and global international corporations; has been dealing with complicated issues of international taxation; experience in managing complicated US tax projects including dealing with various business structures (trusts, passive companies, controlled corporations and partnerships) and expatriation.
Anton graduated with honors from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, diploma in finance; Enrolled Agent (professional US tax examination); Certified Public Accountant in the US (CPA).

Alexey Golubykh is one of the most proficient private Bankers in Russia. In 16 years of his professional career at Troika Dialog and Sberbank he has been highly competent in delivering professional services advising Private Clients on Capital Markets. In 2009 Alexey took the position of the Head of Client Business at newly created Private Banking Department of Troika Dialog Asset Management. In 2012 he was awarded by "Euromoney Awards" as the Director of the "Best Local Private Bank in Russia". Gary is Head of Business Development for the UK, Europe and Russia having joined Jersey Finance in May 2012. With over 20 years’ experience in banking and financial services Gary has worked and gained exposure to markets in the UK, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and Asia. Born in Dorset and educated in South Africa, Gary began his banking career in South Africa before returning to the UK where he worked for Britannia Building Society and was responsible for the southern half of their retail banking branch network. Gary then returned to South Africa where he held senior management roles with Standard Bank and Capital One. On returning to the UK Gary worked for Bradford & Bingley as an Area Director prior to joining HSBC in Jersey. International positions at HSBC then followed, based both in London and later South Africa where he was responsible for HSBC International’s sub-Saharan Premier Banking and Wealth Management business. Gary holds a Masters in Business Administration and is a qualified Dorset Football Association referee. He is also a qualified Coach, NLP Practitioner and a Certified Brainwave Technologist.
Svetlana Ryabokon is a qualified Russian lawyer with extensive experience in wealth and asset structuring in all major onshore and offshore jurisdictions. In the last 9 years she has been specialising on the emerging markets and in particular Russia/CIS. Svetlana advises entrepreneurs and ultra-high net worth families on private wealth structuring, asset conservation and protection, succession planning and family governance. Svetlana graduated from University of Cambridge and holds MSc degree from Oxford University (Hill Foundation and Rhodes Trust Scholar
He has a first class honours degree in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University, UK. He is a Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). George has undertaken his training contract with PWC in Limassol for which he worked for a total of almost five years, as a member of its Audit and Assurance Department.
He is also an Associated Arbitrator, member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
George is the President of Cyprus Fiduciary Association, a body which has been established, amongst other purposes, to monitor and represent the interests of the corporate and fiduciary services sector in Cyprus. George was actually the originator of the idea and initiative to set up this association.
George has been the author of many articles on the tax system and other aspects related to the international business sector in Cyprus and has organised and/or participated in various conferences and other events abroad for the role of Cyprus in international business and tax planning.
Peter is a Director in the Private Client Division. Peter joined the Stonehage Group in 2004 after working in the British Virgin Islands for eight years, the last four of which were as a Managing Director of a trust company.
Peter has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators since 2004 and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 1999.

Prior to joining NetJets Europe, Mr Michaelis served in the financial sector ahead of holding several Senior Management positions in the aviation industry f with a main focus on the Air Cargo Business,
Aviation Training and Business Aviation for the Lufthansa Group. During his 11 years at Lufthansa, he was also responsible for the set up and management of Lufthansa Private Jet – with which NetJets Europe is in collaboration with.
Mr Michaelis has gained his business experiences mainly in Germany, Switzerland, The Middle East, Russia and India. He graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Muenster in Germany.
For the last 10 years Alexey has been holding top positions at the leading Russian banks. He is engaged in building and developing effective service system for local HNW clients within Russian banks and private banking/ private wealth managemеnt/ family office/ mass affluent technologies.
His acedemic portfolio includes a range of works on Russian HNW clients services (including the first book in Russia on VIP-clients services), adapting and implementing private banking and family office technologies in Russia.
E.P. is a « Gerant de Fortune » in a swiss Family Office. After finnishing one of the most prestigious Private High schools in Switzerland she went on to obtaining Diploma in Business administration together with a Certificates in Marketing and Advertisement, finishing with a Degree in International Banking. After more then 7 years experience working in the Banks such as Merrill Lynch and HSBC she decided to choose Familly Office as a more efficient platform to work with her clients.
Sandy is a fifth generation member of the Fleming family, dedicating his career and experience to helping other families establish secure structures for their future generations.
Formerly, he worked for both Robert Fleming and Fleming Family Partners, assisting in establishing one of Europe’s largest multi-family offices. During his tenure he was also responsible for creating one of the leading next generation education programmes.

William is a Director and co-founder of MacDougall Auctions, a specialist Russian Art Auction house in London, consistently one of the top three in the world for Russian Art, and sometimes the largest. Previously he was the Chief Investment Officer of the £4bn TRW/Lucas Pension Scheme. He has also been the Head of International Bond Management at Hill Samuel Investment Management, and an emerging markets economist for Data Resources Incorporated (DRI) and the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU). He has economics degrees from Stanford and Oxford Universities. Of one quarter Russian ancestry, he and his Russian wife and co-Director have been collecting Russian art for twenty years.

He has worked on corporate finance and banking transactions (including pre-IPO restructurings of multinational companies, IPOs and secondary listings, M&As, private placements and bond issues), infrastructure and real estate projects (including one of Greece’s largest infrastructure projects) and offshore tax optimisation structures for leading financial institutions and ultra high-net worth individuals.

Mark specialises in large-scale international commercial litigation. He is consistently ranked as a leading lawyer in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
In recent years, Mark has acted as lead partner in some of the largest Russian-related cases to come before the English courts, including the flagship case Berezovsky v Abramovich, a US$6 billion Commercial Court claim concerning Russian oil and aluminium assets; Berezovsky v Gudavadze, three related sets of proceedings concerning the ownership of US$3 billion worth of investments formerly held by Mr Berezovsky's former business partner, Arkady Patarkatsishvili, which settled on confidential terms shortly before trial in 2012; and a multi-million dollar dispute between two businessmen concerning the ownership of a Russian company. He has extensive experience of acting for private clients".

Sofia is a partner in AMSA since 2004. Her areas of practice are commercial law, competition law, real estate and construction law.
Since the recent “Tax Regime for new residents” and” Visa through Investment” frameworks came into force Sofia has been advising and assisting foreign clients who became tax resident in Portugal and/or obtained residency through investment.
Karl Cini is a Certified Public Accountant by profession. He graduated from the University of Malta in 1998 as is the current contact partner for the Nexia International network and manages the firm’s Tax and International Clients Services Department as a partner. He is also a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, a fellow with ACCA, a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta, a holder of the Diploma in Taxation as well as member of the Malta Institute of Taxation. Karl also frequently delivers presentations on various topics at Nexia International conferences and other seminars organized internationally.
