A special accommodation rate has been negotiated for the Forum participants at the Radisson Blu Beke Hotel. 

Superior Room

•    Single – € 140 per room, per night.
•    Double – € 140 per room, per night.

The above rates include SUPER BLU buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel, and related taxes (VAT).

Check-in time: from 3.00 pm

Check-out time: by 10.00 am

VISA

Some Nationalities will require a valid entry visa for Hungary and it is your responsibility to obtain this. Please check with your local Consulate for the latest information.

The process of obtaining a visa can be lengthy and you should apply as early as possible. There is often a sliding scale of charges dependant on the length of time given to the embassy to issue the visa.

We are kindly recommended you to approach a local travel agency for to helping you with applying documents for visa.

If you would like to do everything by yourself, anyway please consult with a visa agent, before to applying for visa, for to do everything correctly.
