Volodymyr Kudrytskyi manages the Finance Directorate, Directorate for Investments, Directorate for Grid Operation and Development, Department of Efficiency Management, Strategic Planning Unit, Construction and Repair branch (separate unit) and branches of Ukrenergo Power Systems. He is in charge of Ukrenergo’s financial, investment, construction and repair activities, as well as strategy development and implementation, operational management, grid operation and development. He also coordinates the activities of the Ukrenergo Expert Council.

Volodymyr Kudrytskyi has been First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of NPC Ukrenergo since September 2019, having previously held the role of Deputy Director for Investment. Prior to joining Ukrenergo, Volodymyr held the position of Development Director at PJSC Ukrtransnafta and served as Operations Manager and Director for Internal Audit at leading international and Ukrainian companies: MHP S.A., EastOne, TNK-BP, and Grant Thornton.

Throughout his career, Volodymyr has been involved in a wide range of projects related to business efficiency and corporate governance in capital investment, procurement, logistics, sales and trading, and production organisation.

Mr. Kudrytskyi holds master’s degree in International Economics from Kyiv National University of Economics; he is a member of the UK’s Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a Certified Internal Auditor of the US Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is a member of the consultative and supervisory group of the Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST).

Mr Janez Kopač heads the Energy Community Secretariat as Director since December 2012. The Energy Community is an international organisation which brings together the European Union and its neighbours to create an integrated pan-European energy market based on EU internal energy market rules and principles.


Before taking up this post, Mr Kopač was Slovenia’s Director General for Energy in the Ministry of Economy (2008-2012), where he was responsible for the implementation of the Third Energy Package and other energy acquis. He served as Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Energy (2000-2004) and Minister of Finance (1992), in addition to a ten-year career as Chairman of Budget Committee in the Slovenian Parliament.


Born in 1961, Slovenian citizen Janez Kopač holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Science from the University of Ljubljana. He is fluent in English, Serbian and Croatian and has a working knowledge of German.

Oleg Nykonorov, since November 2017, holds the CEO position at Regional Gas Company. He has 10 years of experience in the energy sector. Mr. Nykonorov started his career in investment companies, attracted investment in Ukrainian companies. He studied in the United States on a Future Leaders Exchange (FSA/FLEX) Program. He graduated from the International Christian University and the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade. He holds Master's degree in management.



Philipp Leckebusch appointed CEO of DTEK RENEWABLES in April 2018.

Mr Leckebusch started his career in the aerospace industry with MBB Deutsche Aerospace in Germany and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Japan. He looks back at over 20 years of experience in multiple senior management positions in the electrical power and utility industry. During his industrial career with ABB, ALSTOM Power and Ferrostaal he was responsible among others for project development and engineering of multiple fossil fuelled and biomass power plants in all major regions of the world.

Besides his extensive conventional power plant know-how he simultaneously led also for more than 10 years the development and operation of numerous renewable energy projects in the areas of geothermal, wind, solar and biogas, which qualified him in his last position as head of MVV Energie’s group generation division to successfully manage the transformation of the company’s conventional power plant portfolio towards a continuously growing renewable energy asset base.

Mr. Leckebusch earned an aeronautical engineering degree from Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Magnus Johansen is the General Manager for NBT Ukraine - a Norwegian company that is currently constructing the 250 MW Syvash project and soon starting the construction of the 800 MW Sophia project (largest onshore wind projects in Europe). Prior to NBT, he working for Scatec Solar, where he coordinated much of the country-entry and development of a 400 MW portfolio of solar power plants currently under construction in Ukraine.

Magnus, moreover, has experience working for different funds (VC / PE) with a focus on emerging markets, including the Dutch Development Bank (FMO).

With a strong passion for human connection and multicultural experiences he has lived and worked in several continents and speaks 4 languages.

Magnus has completed an MBA at IESE Business School/Kellogg School of Management and an MSc in Political Economy at the Norwegian Business School.

Mr. Gelyukh has been heading the company since February 2018.
Joined the DTEK team in 2005, working as head of the investment department from 2005 to 2008. He then moved to the Kyivenergo JSEC as head of the investment department, in 2011 he headed the Regulatory Policy and Investments Directorate, and the Strategy Directorate of Kyivenergo in 2012. He has held the post of Deputy Commercial Director of DTEK Energy since September 2013 and exercised the functions of Electricity Distribution and Sales Director of DTEK Energy since March 2017.

Igor has been working in DTEK Oil&Gas since 2011. He was in charge of the company’s major production asset – Naftogazvydobuvannya PJSC – from April, 2013 to September, 2016. He had been previously in charge of Novatek-Tarkosalneftegaz company with annual production of 14 bln cubic metres. During the several following years he occupied managing positions in Yukos oil company. He has two higher education majors: ‘Oil & gas fields development’ and ‘Finance and credit’. Candidate of Engineering Sciences.

Yaroslav was responsible for M&A and greenfield projects development in CIS countries including coal-fired power plants, wind farms and biomass CHP at US based company ContourGlobal. Since 2011 was responsible for all export-import operations with power, gas, coal and CO2 with a turnover over about USD 1 bn within the largest Ukrainian energy company DTEK. Yaroslav managed to increase Ukrainian power export from 4.1 TWh in 2010 to 9.7 TWh in 2013 and implemented new coal sales strategy. Yaroslav negotiated first reverse contracts for gas imports from Poland and Hungary on behalf of private companies. In 2014-2015 Yaroslav took position of Head of coal trading at DTEK with 40 mn t of coal under management. In September 2014 Yaroslav managed coal import deliveries over 2 mn t from Russia, Australia and South Africa to Ukraine.


Dubovskyi Oleksii Ievgenovych - Chairman of the Exchange Committee of the Commodity Exchange "Ukrainian Energy Exchange", ideologue of the introduction of market exchange instruments for energy resources trading in Ukraine and the approximation of pricing mechanisms to world practice. Has 15 years of experience in exchange markets, is an expert of energy markets, process of their functioning and liberalization, activities of the world exchange market. Participant and expert of working groups and public platforms on reforming energy markets of Ukraine, developing normative support for the process of their reform.


Ivan has over 7 years of experience in the areas of energy markets, energy efficiency and alternative energy. His experience includes working on energy projects as well as administrative, commercial and corporate law. In 2018-2021 he accompanied national and international investors of alternative energy projects with installed capacity of over 1 GW.

Ivan graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he received a Master of Laws degree in Energy Law.

Eugene Chausovsky is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Global Policy and lectures on the geopolitics of Central Asia at the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Service Institute. He previously served as Senior Eurasia Analyst at Stratfor for more than 10 years. His work focuses on political, economic and security issues pertaining to the former Soviet Union, Europe and Latin America. 

Dr. Oleksiy Feliv is a recognized legal practitioner with over 15 years of experience in consulting mainly foreign business in Ukraine. His primary focus has been on large-scale projects in the energy sector, particularly in renewables. He offers complex legal support to international and local clients on the implementation of projects financed by international financing institutions, investment funds and private equity. Dr. Feliv also specializes in real estate and construction and related project financing.

Among his clients are big international companies, investment funds, developers, international banks, industrial manufacturers, construction companies, energy companies as well as alternative energy developers and logistics operators. Having a distinctive business-oriented approach, Oleksiy has been serving as a board member of international investment companies in Ukraine, including those in the energy sector. Dr. Feliv is an active contributor to policy development in the areas of energy, land issues and construction in Ukraine.

In 2007 he graduated from Kirovograd State Pedagogical University. He received his first specialized education in 2008-2009 at Poltava National Technical University, majoring in «Oil and Gas Equipment». He continued his studies at O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv in 2012-2015 in the field of «Economics and Entrepreneurship», and from 2014 to 2019 - in the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in the field of Presidents' MBA.

He started his career in 2007 at PJSC «Poltavagas», then at PJSC «Sumygas». In 2009 he held the position of Deputy Head of the Gas Accounting Branch at PJSC «Dnipropetrovskgas», where he later headed the Department of Control and Organization of Gas Accounting, and later was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board for Gas Accounting. In 2013 he headed the natural gas department at «Regional Gas Company» LLC. In 2014 he became the director of «RGK-Trading» LLC, which was later renamed «EGAZ» LLC, and from October 2020 – «JE Energy» LLC. The company supplies natural gas and electricity to household and non-household consumers in Ukraine. In June, at the initiative of Artem Kompan, 30 gas suppliers merged into the Association of Energy Suppliers.

Founder and General Director of IMEPOWER Consulting. Dr. Kubrushko graduated from Kyiv National Economic University and started his career in consulting and investment business in 1997 when he advised AES Corporation and Tractebel on investment opportunities in power and gas sectors of Ukraine. From 1999 until 2003, he was Deputy Project Director of the USAID project performed by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu EMG providing assistance to the Government on privatization of power distribution and power generating companies.
Since 2003 Dr. Kubrushko has been advising international clients on investment and market entry strategies in Ukraine with focus on structuring and development of investment projects in power and gas sectors, asset due diligence and valuation, preparation of risk mitigation schemes. He was involved in such projects as construction of Dniester Hydro Pumped Storage Station, reconstruction of hydro power plants in the Western Ukraine, construction of the back-to-back station between Ukraine and UCTE, construction of CCGT power plant in Crimea, reconstruction of the high voltage power transmission line from Moldova TPP to the substation Isaccea in Romania.
Dr. Kubrushko was in charge of valuating several Ukrainian power distribution companies for the London Court of International Arbitration, coordinated due diligence of Moldova TPP in Trans Dniester Republic and power distribution company in the Eastern Ukraine, was involved in assessment of the investment program of Ekibaztus TPP in Kazakhstan.
Dr. Kubrushko has significant experience of transaction advice related to electricity export from Ukraine to the Eastern Europe. For the last years, he has been actively involved in structuring and analyzing renewable energy projects with focus on wind farms and small hydros.

Luchytskyi, the Medal of L.І. Lutuhin, a distinction of the Ministry of Extraordinary Situations; a Member of the Ad Hoc Group of Experts on Harmonization of Mineral Reserves and Resources Terminology (UNECE).

He graduated from the Geological Faculty of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and the Geographical Faculty of the Yurii Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.

Georgii Rudko is the author of over 700 scientific papers, including 72 monographs, 16 textbooks for higher educational establishments, 20 preprints and brochures, regional programs on study and forecasting of hazardous geological processes, the economic use of groundwater, oil and gas, metallic and non-metallic minerals.

Aura Sabadus is a senior journalist with a ten-year experience in covering gas markets in Turkey, Romania and Ukraine for ICIS. She holds a PhD in International Relations from King's College London and is a research associate of the London-based European Centre for Energy and Resource Security (EUCERS). Aura has contributed articles for Turkish academic journals, the Atlantic Council and the NATO Association of Canada.

Henrikh Yeremyan is the banker of energy and natural resources business group in the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, the regional multilateral IFI, where he is responsible for all functions of the project processing cycle, including origination, project screening, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, preparation of documentation, signing and monitoring of projects, including corporate finance and project finance, implemented in 11 member countries of the bank's operations (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine).  During his career, he has been working in various capacities in the banking and investments.

Dr. Oleksandra Gumeniuk has more than 10 years of professional experience in jurisprudence and circular, environment-friendly economy area with an innovative approach and clean energy solutions. Last few years Dr. Gumeniuk devoted her career to the development of renewable energy and energy efficiency in Ukraine at the position of Director of European-Ukrainian Energy Agency (EUEA). Currently, EUEA takes the leading position in the renewable energy market which promotes fair and sustainable business practice, raising of public awareness of energy issues, and by influencing government energy policy.

Responsible for development and preparation of the Company’s regulatory documents for the implementation of a new electricity market model in Ukraine as well as organization and conduct of auctions on the allocation of carrying capacity of the interstate power transmission lines. Responsible for the construction of modern and secure IT infrastructure allowing the company to implement a service model for maintenance of the company’s key processes.

Before that, he worked as Deputy Director at Ukrinterenergo and was responsible for the coordination of the company’s foreign economic operations.

He has the experience of working (in 2015) in the Council of Wholesale Electricity Market of Ukraine, where he participated in resolving the problematic issues regarding the electricity market’s functioning and preparation of draft resolutions concerning the organization of Ukrainian electricity market’s functioning.

As Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine (in 2015), he was responsible for analyzing energy markets of foreign countries and preparing proposals on supplying fuel to generating companies.

In 2011-2014, Andrii Nemyrovskyi worked as a top manager at a number of commercial companies, gaining experience in business management. He ensured the implementation of investors’ strategic plans and relations with foreign partners and suppliers.

His employment history also includes the position of chief inspector at the State Customs Service of Ukraine (2008-2010). During this period, he gained extensive experience in controlling compliance with customs rules when clearing goods and in detecting tax evasion schemes.

A graduate of Kyiv National University of Economics and Trade, majoring in business management.

Oleksandr Riepkin is an owner of the industrial design bureau, which is working on increasing the efficiency of using Pv modules. Inventor of the patented Ukrainian solar tracker and unique software for monitoring operation of solar plants.

Igor Tynnyi was born in Kyiv, February 22, 1975.
In 1997 he graduated from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University. He received Ph.D in economics in 2000.

From 1997 to 2004 independent businessman, management consultant and lector of Macroeconomics in Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University. In 2001 and 2005 served as a part-time Advisory of Prime Ministers of Ukraine

Since 2008 - founding partner (co-partner) of Energy Holding “Hydroenergoinvest-Aquanova” that now operates solar and 29 small hydropower stations across Ukraine with total installed capacity of 30 MW, 7 more small hydro power stations are under development/construction;

He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board of JSC “Kyivspectrans” (leading solid waste operator in Kiev) and also owns Corporation Ukrvtorresursy (provider of solid waste services in Kyiv and Chernivsi).
