In these difficult times, we understand and appreciate our customers’ concerns about what could happen over the coming months, but we want them to be able to book with full confidence knowing that their investment in a ticket to the event is secure.
We are committed to running the event in a hybrid format, which allows participants to take part either in person at the live-event, or virtually via our hybrid event platform.
However, in the unlikely event that a force majeure situation makes it impossible for us to run the live event, we will run the conference in a 100% virtual format, with participants enjoying all of the executive-level, local and international industry content, breakout discussions, one-to-one and small group networking opportunities as well as the chance to meet the leading solutions providers and undertake due diligence on their products and services.
In the event of a force majeure situation which makes the live event impossible, we will run the conference in a 100% virtual format on our hybrid platform. Customers who purchased tickets will be entitled to the choice of a 60% refund or credit note, representing the different price for live and virtual events.
If a customer can’t take part in the virtual event, they are entitled to a credit note for the full value of their ticket price, to be used at the live event in 2021 or any other upcoming Adam Smith Conferences event. But of course that would mean they miss all the great content, engagement and networking opportunities from the virtual event for 2020!
