Michael Addison is a senior wealth planner with UBS Switzerland AG's Ultra High Net Worth / Global Family Office Wealth Planning team based in Zurich. He provides international tax and legal consulting services to the bank's UHNW / GFO clients. His main areas of focus include estate and succession planning matters; family asset protection structures; transaction structuring issues; legal, tax and regulatory / compliance issues relating to family offices; implementing trust and corporate holding structures; private fund structures and international relocation services. He is also a frequent speaker at UBS conferences and external events.
Michael studied law at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Province of British Columbia in 1996. He also holds a BA (Honours) from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Michael has been a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) for more than 15 years and is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
Before joining UBS, Michael worked for a major UK bank as a wealth planner. In that role, he primarily worked with clients from the UK, Scandinavian, Israeli and Russian / CIS markets. He also worked as the Tax Director at a major independent trust company on the Isle of Man and was a Senior Tax Manager with EY (Ernst & Young) in Canada, focusing on private client tax planning, including cross-border US planning, and mergers and acquisitions matters.
Most of his current clients are based in the Russian Federation, the Ukraine, Turkey, certain Asia Pacific countries and the Middle East. His clients generally have complex cross-border tax and legal issues, either at a personal or corporate level. Michael also has a comprehensive understanding of US, UK and Swiss tax and legal issues that typically concern UHNW private clients.

Mikhail started his career with Citi in December 2011 as Citigold Private Client Investment Portfolio Councilor. In that role, Mikhail was constantly delivering exceptional quality of investment advice and remarkable wealth management service to Citi‘s most significant private banking clients. His strong client focus and vast knowledge of investment products helped him to progress to a role of Investment Products Head in 2014 and Investment Products & Advisory Head in 2015. Since June 2018, the scope of Mikhail’s direct responsibilities was extended to cover Retail Wealth Management function entirely.
Under Mikhail’s close supervision, Citi Russia team developed and successfully rolled out unique wealth solutions platform and investment advisory framework for private clients with the greatest focus on NPS and competitive edge leading to local investment portfolio growth on constant YOY basis. Andrey heads up the Investment advisory practice at LEON Family Office.
He has over 15 years of experience in wealth management. Prior to joining LEON Family Office, Andrei was responsible for investment management in global markets at multifamily office Quinta Capital Partners and was a Managing Director at Renaissance Investment Management, in charge of portfolios with a total size of more than $1.5 billion. Andrey also acted as a member of the Management Board and the Head of Asset Management in BCS Financial Group. Olga is English and Russian qualified tax and wealth planning expert with over 20 years of experience in major Anglo-Saxon law firms. At the end of 2016 Olga left her role as a partner of Withers LLP to launch her own boutique law firm “Boltenko Law” aiming to add greater value to her clients. Olga achieves this by devoting more of her own time to the select number of clients and by offering effective solutions to problems of wealthy families.
Olga’s firm focus is on Russian, UK and international tax matters for wealthy entrepreneurs from the CIS region, with an emphasis on tax efficient cross-border financing structures and international corporate operations. In 1994 Andrey Zaytsev graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University with specialization in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics. In 2001 Mr. Zaytsev obtained an MBA from INSEAD in France (Fontainebleau).
Andrey Zaytsev started his carrier in finance in 1994 as a trader at Post Bank in Moscow. One year later, he was promoted to the position of Head of Treasury at the same bank. In 1996 Mr. Zaytsev accepted the position of а Fixed Income Trader at ING Barings in Moscow. Upon his graduation from INSEAD in March 2002, he moved to Austria to work for Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich. Two years later, Andrey Zaytsev returned to Moscow and took the responsibilities of Chief Investment Officer at Raiffeisen Capital AMC, where within a year he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. In August 2009, he became a Managing Director and a Partner of Walser Privatbank Wealth Management GmbH in Vienna. In 2014 Mr. Zaytsev joined LGT Bank in Vienna in the capacity of Managing Director of the International Clients division.
Today Andrey Zaytsev is Head of Private Banking at East-West United Bank, where he was appointed in January 2015.
