Evgenia Tyurikova was appointed Head of Sberbank Private Banking in March 2016. Evgenia is responsible for the Sberbank Private Banking development strategy. Her goals include enhancing the quality of customer service, developing the philosophy and annual review of Sberbank Private Banking’s investment strategy, and expanding the product suite through internal resources and by broadening partnership programmes. Evgenia reports directly to Alexander Torbakhov, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank.

Evgenia has more than two decades of financial sector experience. She joined Sberbank Private Banking from Summa Group, where she was Vice President for Finance and Economics (CFO) since 2009. Prior to that she was Director of the Treasury, Accounting and Tax Planning Department at West Siberian Resources Ltd (Alliance Oil Company). From 2005-2006 she was CFO at Kommersant publishing house. Evgenia began her career at BFG Credit Commercial Bank in 1994, and left the bank as CFO.

Evgenia graduated from Moscow State Law Academy with a major in Law, and received a certificate from the professional tax advisor of the Russian Ministry of Finance, as well as an IAS certificate from ACCA. She also holds an MBA in Financial Management. Evgenia is a member of the Russian Association of Independent Directors, and a member of the board in a number of companies.

Natalya has graduated with honors in Economy from the Moscow State University of International Relations. She practiced afterwards in HSBC Private Bank and Pictet Private Bank, Switzerland. Natalya holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Natalya has been working in URALSIB Private Bank since 2004. She is responsible for capital markets analysis, manager selection system and financial planning. Since 2015 she has also been in charge of Succession Program from URALSIB Private Bank.

She was born in the city of Nizhny Tagil in a family of metallurgical engineers. She studied at the Physics and Technology School at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and entered the Ural Polytechnic Institute at the Faculty of Radio Engineering.

A few years later she graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Technology and Design, and then in Moscow she received her second degree in costume designer. After the birth of the first child, she left the profession and focused on the family and the upbringing of four children - two daughters and two sons.

She supported her husband in his philanthropic endeavors, becoming a co-founder and president of the Rybakov Foundation.

Sergei V. Alimirzoev is an expert in Russian corporate law, real estate, international business transactions and Russian and US tax law. Prior to forming AT Lawyers, he worked as an attorney for Steptoe & Johnson Co., an international law firm based in Washington, D.C., and Moscow, and for Allen & Overy, a major UK law firm. Mr. Alimirzoev specializes in representing Internatioal and Russian corporate clients in cross-border corporate, securities and commercial transactions.

Since 1995 Kirill Nikolaev has been a successful IT enterpreneur.

He collaborated with top-250 companies in Russia, including Gazprom, MTS, Megafon. Shell, Nobel Biocare, Trust Kalina, Yota, Russian National Library, Saint Petersburg State University, Pyaterochka (X5 Retail Group), Sibneft (Rosneft), Baltika Breweries, Heineken, Lenspecsmu, and the consulates of Great Britain in Russia

Since 2013, after the successful sale of his business, Kirill Nikolaev has been running his M&A boutique N Capital, helping entrepreneurs in closing cash-in & cash-out transactions on the basis of capital market in Russia, Europe and America. At the same time he has started own family business called NICA.

Kirill has been developing the interbank platform Bitcoin VIP since 2017, he is also one of the Board members of the VIMANA company - the leading project in the field of autonomous aerial vehicle flight routes in smart cities all over the world. He has been a sponsor of State Hermitage Museum since 2003.

He graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance (Marketing) and studied Financial markets and Corporate finance in Yale University in New Haven, USA. In addition, he has been giving master-classes and leading educational programs in Skolkovo (Moscow), Stokholm School of Economics, Higher School of Economics and the national summer camp at Seliger (Russia).

Mrs. Sakharova has more than ten years of experience in private banking and wealth management industry, building up and managing Swiss offices for Russian-based investment companies, banks and private clients. Mrs. Sakharova has been working as a Vice President at Renaissance Group, overseeing private banking and wealth management business processes in Zurich, Moscow, London, Guernsey and Luxembourg, and prior to Renaissance, - in Citigroup Moscow.

Mrs. Sakharova holds a banking degree from the Financial Academy under the Government of the RF and a law degree from Moscow State Law Academy. She also graduated from BPP Law School in London, GDL. Mrs. Sakharova is a Member of the Association of the Independent Directors.

May 2015-present:  Managing Director of Phoenix Advisors, a new Ruben Vardanyan business project providing complex services to transfer wealth to clients’ successors, including family governance, legal and tax structuring, contingency planning, co-management of clients’ business and private assets, and protection of client holdings and management structures.

Described as very professional and with a strong personality and an uncanny ability to understand client needs, Josef brings a wealth of knowledge and over a decade of experience to the company. This includes asset management, private banking, portfolio management, and export and trade finance to name a few. His knowledge of the Russian market extends to the language, culture and mentality of the people. This was gained while reading Eastern European history and literature at the University of Zurich and from his career start in Yekaterinburg in the Ural in the early 1990s. His network of contacts in Switzerland extends to banks, financial institutions and beyond. He is a recognized private banking expert and pioneer in introducing the asset manager-client-bank idea to the Russian and Eastern European market. Prior to his chairmanship at AXIOMA, Josef was Director for Regional Development at Renaissance Investment Management. He also worked at UBS AG in Zurich as a client advisor. Josef is a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers. He is married and has a daughter. Apart from Russian, Josef is also fluent in German, English and French.  

Marina's work experience in the luxury real estate market already exceeds 10 years.


Marina started her career at Knight Frank in 2007 at the department of strategy consulting, then joined the residential real estate department as a international real estate consultant. Because of constant interaction with global offices of the company and major developers Marina gained significant experience in foreign premium real estate sales and was appointed a Project manager.


Since 2014 Marina is Director of international real estate department at Knight Frank, since 2017 – Director of International Sales and Private Investments.

Throughout her work, Marina Shalaeva has handled a wide array of crucial deals in international premium real estate sales to famous Russian business moguls, politicians and celebrities. Under her leadership, the total net worth of the conducted business deals is over 500 million dollars.

Igor Burlakov joined Sova Capital in 2011 as equity derivatives trader.

He was appointed Head of Capital Markets in June 2015.

Prior to joining Sova Capital he worked as options trader at Troika Dialog, where he started in 2007.


He holds BA and MA degrees in Financial Markets and Investment from the Higher School of Economics, Moscow.

He is a CFA Charter Holder from CFA Institute.

Alexey Debelov, Partner at FP Wealth Solutions is a specialist with 11 years of experience in asset management. Specialising in investment departments of oil and gas and metallurgical companies.
Prior to joining the FP Wealth Solutions team, Alexey held the position of Head of Promotions and Structural Products in the group of companies Third Rome.

Prior to that, he acted as an electric utility fund manager and portfolio manager with the Long Only strategy at Renaissance Investment Management, the leading Management Company in Eastern Europe.

Olga is English and Russian qualified tax and wealth planning expert with over 20 years of experience in major Anglo-Saxon law firms. At the end of 2016 Olga left her role as a partner of Withers LLP to launch her own boutique law firm “Boltenko Law” aiming to add greater value to her clients. Olga achieves this by devoting more of her own time to the select number of clients and by offering effective solutions to problems of wealthy families.


Olga’s firm  focus is on Russian, UK and international tax matters for wealthy entrepreneurs from the CIS region, with an emphasis on tax efficient cross-border financing structures and international corporate operations. In addition, Boltenko Law works with family offices providing solutions to complex tax, succession and private wealth management issues for wealthy families and entrepreneurs from Russia and CIS.


Olga is actively engaged in the wider profession.  She is a member of International Bar Association (Chair of Individual Tax and Private Client Committee, 2015- 2016), Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, International Academy of Trust and Estate Lawyers.

Maxim Alekseyev is a co-founder and Senior Partner of ALRUD, head of ALRUD Private client and Tax practices. He graduated from the Moscow State University of International Relations.

Maxim is an expert in foreign economic and business activity, investments, corporate and commercial issues. Maxim Alekseyev leads projects dealing both with Russian and foreign partners within the territory of Russia and abroad. Dimitry Dikman, a civil engineer by training, built up successful international organizations from scratch, led companies in the field of business education and IT, implemented major investment projects in Russia and the USA.

From 2008 to 2014, Dimitry was COO of the Genesis Philanthropy Group operating in Russia, the CIS countries, Israel, Europe and the USA. Dimitry Dikman is still actively involved in the life of Genesis, he is the chairman of the grant review committee and advisor to the chairman of the board of directors. In 2016, Dmitry joined the team of the Rybakov Foundation, and in 2017 he became a member of the board.

Andrey heads up the Investment advisory practice at LEON Family Office.


He has over 15 years of experience in wealth management. Prior to joining LEON Family Office, Andrei was responsible for investment management in global markets at multifamily office Quinta Capital Partners and was a Managing Director at Renaissance Investment Management, in charge of portfolios with a total size of more than $1.5 billion. Andrey also acted as a member of the Management Board and the Head of Asset Management in BCS Financial Group. Andrei graduated from the Physics Faculty of Moscow State University (MSU). Prior to the establishment of LEON Family Office, Roman worked as an attorney in Private Wealth Services group in PricewaterhouseCoopers.


Roman specializes in the field of set-up and ongoing coordination of personal holding vehicles, as well as in the field of management and control services. He has significant experience in developing and implementing corporate and family governance structures, shareholder agreements, and M&A support for private clients.


Roman received a higher legal education, has a TEP qualification and is a certified specialist in the field of trusts and estate planning (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

Elisabeth is currently a Lecturer in Sociology and Policy at Aston University, Birmingham. Prior to that, she taught at a number of other universities in the UK (University College London, Liverpool University, Brunel University, University of Westminster), primarily in the field of Russian and Soviet politics and history. Her research focuses on elites, philanthropy and social inequality as well as questions around post-Socialist media and self-censorship. She is the author of Rich Russians: From Oligarchs to Bourgeoisie. The lives of wealthy people have long held an allure to many, but the lives of wealthy Russians pose a particular fascination which the book grapples with. Having achieved their riches over the course of a single generation, the top 0.1 percent of Russian society have become known for ostentatious lifestyles and tastes. A book on the media elite in Russia, co-authored with Ilya Yablokov, is in the pipeline.

Lilia Scott is the founder and managing partner of the LS Legal Solicitors law firm. Lilia and her team of experienced specialists have been consulting private and corporate clients for 15 years.

He was one of the first practitioners to use trusts as a planning and asset protection tools for Russian and CIS clients. Andrew has over 33 years experience practising tax law in the City of London.

Kirill has more than 20 years of experience in the financial markets. From 2003 to 2011, he worked at the Bank of Moscow, engaged in asset management and analytics, and in 2006–2011 headed the analytical department. From 2011 to 2014, he worked as the director of the analytical department of Nomos-Bank. From 2014 to 2017, he served as Director of the Department of Macroeconomic Forecasting at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. In January 2018, he was appointed Director of the Analytical Department of Loko-Invest (Loko-Bank Group). He has a degree in economics. He graduated from the HSE and the Moscow State Institute of Electronic Technology. The author of the popular economic telegram channel MMI.

Nikolay Vargasov, legal council of UFG Wealth Management.


Nikolay Vargasov joined the team of UFG Wealth Management in 2014. Before that, he was employed with one of the largest Russian investment banks.


Mr. Vargasov is responsible for providing complex legal support of transactions in the international market, including M&A dealings, direct and bank financing. Mr. Vargasov provides advice on family law matters, structuring of personal and business assets, in particular through the establishment of funds and trusts in different European and offshore jurisdictions.  


Mr. Vargasov graduated from the International Law Department of Nizhny Novgorod Lobachevsky State University and was awarded a LL.M degree by Lyon Catholic University (France).

Jacopo Zamboni is a director and client advisor at Henley & Partners Switzerland AG. He provides advice on residence and citizenship planning to private banks, family offices and lawyers, throughout Switzerland and Luxembourg. Prior to joining Henley & Partners, Mr. Zamboni worked for a Swiss insurance company where he advised multinationals on the ways to protect their mobile employees, as well as managing relationships with Swiss private banks that required tailor-made insurance solutions for high net worth individuals. Mr. Zamboni holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Bocconi University, Italy, and is fluent in English, Italian and French.
